  • Take a bunch of radish leaves clean and wash well.
  • Cut into small pieces and keep ready.
  • In a kadai add oil, urad dal, red chili, cumin, mustard seeds, curry leaves and prepare the tempering.
  • Add green chili, chopped onion and saute well for 2 minutes.
  • Add chopped radish leaves and mix well.
  • Add salt, jaggery, turmeric powder and mix well.
  • Close the lid and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Open the lid and add grated coconut and mix well.
  • Healthy and tasty radish leaves stir fry is ready.
  • Serve with steamed rice.
