To prepare a radish leaves stir-fry, start by heating a tablespoon of oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add aromatics like minced garlic, sliced ginger, or chili flakes to infuse the oil with flavor. Then, toss in the washed and dried radish leaves, stirring frequently until they begin to wilt. Season the stir-fry with soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste, and serve immediately for a nutritious and flavorful dish.
