  • Take palak leaves, clean well and chop into small pieces.
  • In a kadai, heat some oil, chana dal, urad dal, red chili, green chili, curry leaves, mustard seeds and curry leaves and mix well.
  • Add asafoetida and mix well.
  • Add chopped palak leaves and fry for 5 minutes.
  • Leave to completely cool down.
  • Add curd and salt and mix well.
  • Tasty and healthy palak leaves raita is ready.
  • Serve with hot steamed rice and rice bath.
