The tomatoes are cooked over medium heat until they soften and release their juices, forming a thick and flavorful sauce. The addition of a pinch of sugar helps to balance the acidity of the tomatoes and enhance their natural sweetness. Once cooked, the tomato fry is garnished with fresh cilantro or curry leaves for a pop of color and freshness.

The sensory experience of enjoying tomato fry is a feast for the senses, from the enticing aroma of spices wafting through the air to the vibrant colors and flavors that dance on the palate. Each bite offers a delightful contrast of textures, with the soft and juicy tomatoes complemented by the crunchy seeds and aromatic spices.
