  • Take the ripened banana, remove the skin and cut into pieces.
  • In a mixer jar add chopped banana, rice flour, jaggery, salt, cardamom powder, coconut and water and grind to a smooth texture.
  • Pour the prepared batter to a vessel.
  • Add baking soda and mix well.
  • Check the consistency. If you need to add water.
