Oats almond porridge is rich in fiber and easy to digest for kids. Jaggery is used as sweetness or you can use other kind of sweets. But I never prefer sugar to my toddler. Cardamom is giving good flavour to porridge.

  • Firstly, Dry roast the almond into little golden brown.
  • Take the oats dry roast for 3 minutes. While roasting add cardamom.
  • Allow for cooling. Then in a mixer add all roasted ingredients and grind it to a powder. Note : If need you can sieve the powder.
  • For preparing porridge, in a small pan add water, jaggery syrup and oats almond powder.
  • Mix well and remove all lumps. Take that pan and keep for boiling. Once started to boil stir well for a minutes.
  • Allow for cooling. Transfer to serving bowl and spread the ghee on top.
  • Serve the tasty energy healthy porridge to your infants or toddler.
