  • Take a mixer jar, add green chili, garlic, ginger, cumin and grind it to a powder texture.
  • Add avarekalu and a little amount of water and grind it to a coarse powder.
  • Transfer ground paste of avarekaalu, chopped onion and coriander leaves, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala and mix well.
  • Add besan flour, rice flour. Combine everything and give a shape of vade.
  • Deep fry in hot oil, turn often, once it turns to a golden color and take out from hot oil.
  • Serve when it is hot with chai or coffee.
  • Enjoy with Your loved ones.
