  • Separate the rind from watermelon, peel and take the white part and grate it.
  • In a large pan, add grated watermelon rind and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Add salt, mix it, and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add sugar to cooked rind, and mix it nicely for 10 minutes.
  • Add milk and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Prepare tampering with Ghee, Cashew & Dry grapes.
  • Add ghee and mix nicely until it leaves the pan. Add the Dry grapes & Cashew Tampering.
  • Once it leaves the pan, watermelon rind halwa is ready. Transfer to container. Once it cools, yummy yummy watermelon rind halwa is ready to eat.
