- Take a tender jackfruit, take out the skin, top layer and cut into pieces.
- In a vessel transfer chopped tender jackfruit, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder and cook until it becomes soft.
- In a mixing bowl add corn flour, all purpose flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt and mix well.
- Add required amount of water and prepare thick batter,
- Transfer cooked tender jackfruit and mix well until everything coats well.
- In a kadai, heat some oil, and leave one by one tender jackfruit.
- Fry until it becomes golden brown or crispy.
- In a pan add oil, onion and ginger and garlic paste and saute well until you get the aroma.
- Add capsicum and saute well for 3 minutes.
- Add soya sauce, tomato sauce and mix well.
- Transfer fried tender jackfruit and mix until everything mixes.
- Take a plate and put prepared manchurian and sprinkle some coriander leaves.
- Delicious tender jackfruit manchurian is ready. Enjoy.
