  • In a blender add oats and make fine powder. Now oats powder is ready.
  • Take a kadai, add water and salt, and let it boil.
  • Add prepared oats powder and mix well without any lumps.
  • After mixing, turn off the flame and leave for 5 minutes.
  • Later, knead the dough very well.
  • Take a small amount of dough and prepare small balls.
  • Dust some flour and spread the dough balls evenly.
  • Heat the tawa, place the spread dough.
  • While cooking, press the roti in a clean wet cloth.
  • If needed, pour some oil or ghee and cook both sides.
  • Similarly do all the dough balls.
  • Tasty and healthy oats roti is ready. Serve with curry.
