- Take a pan, add ghee, roast the cashew nuts and raisins until it turns to golden color. Then keep aside.
- In the same pan add bombay rava and roast until it turns aromatic, keep aside.
- In a kadai, boil water, add roasted rava and combine well without any lumps.
- Add jaggery for sweetness and mix well.
- Once the jaggery dissolves add ghee, cardamom powder, saffron water, roasted cashew nuts, raisins.
- Combine everything for 5 to 6 minutes.
- Serve when it is hot and after it cools down.
