- In a vessel add thin poha and water, wash a couple of times.
- Add fine rava, curd and mix well without any lumps.
- Close it and rest for 30 minutes, then open the lid and mix well.
- Transfer soaked poha to the mixer jar.
- Add salt and water grind to a smooth batter.
- Transfer ground batter to the vessel.
- Add baking soda and check the consistency of the batter.
- If required and little amount of water.
- Heat the iron cast tawa and grease some oil.
- Pour the ladder full dosa batter and close the lid for a minute.
- Open the lid and pour some ghee or oil of your choice.
- Cook the dosa on both sides, flame must be medium. .
- Once the dosa is cooked yummy and tasty poha dosa is ready.
- Pair with chutney, sambar and serve it
