  • In a mixer jar add corn and grind to a coarse texture.
  • Transfer ground corn to a mixing bowl.
  • Add rice flour, besan flour, green chili, garlic chopped, ginger powder, salt, garam masala and combine together.
  • Take a plate, grease with oil or ghee.
  • Pour the prepared corn batter onto a greased plate.
  • In a steamer place the plate and steam for about 15-20 minutes.
  • Once it is steamed, use a sharp knife or cutter, cut into square shapes or your desired shapes.
  • For a hot tawa grease some oil, place the pieces of corn pachole.
  • Roast both the sides until you get the crispy texture.
  • Crispy and healthy corn pachole is ready.
  • Enjoy with chutney or sauce or mayonnaise.
