- Rest for 15 to 30 minutes.
- Add salt and check the consistency. If needed, add water and prepare the batter.
- Heat a non-stick griddle or dosa tawa over medium heat. Drizzle a few drops of oil and spread it evenly using a paper towel.
- Pour a ladleful of the cucumber oats dosa batter onto the hot griddle and spread it gently in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
- Drizzle a few drops of oil around the edges of the dosa. Cook it until the edges start to lift and the underside turns golden brown.
- Flip the dosa using a spatula and cook the other side until it becomes crispy and golden.
- Transfer the cooked cucumber oats dosa to a plate and serve it hot with your favorite chutneys or a side of yogurt.
