- Take a mixing bowl, add rice flour, salt and hot water and mix well. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
- In a small bowl add grated fresh coconut and jaggery. Mix well.
- With the help of strainer strain the mixed rice flour.
- Take an idli stand, add strained rice flour, jaggery mix again strained rice flour and set off.
- Steam for about 10 minutes on medium flame.
- Once it cools down, remove from the stand to a plate.
- If you need again, sprinkle some coconut and jaggery mix.
- Serve immediately.
