I learnt this recipe from my grandmother, she cooks very well. Most of Traditional cooking I learnt from her. She is making a different type of chutney from banana flower. In our home we are preparing a lot of recipes from banana flowers. Banana flower is good in fiber, antioxidants, iron, potassium, calcium and other benefits. It is called bale moothi or poombe or bale hoovu, banana blossom.

While making the chutney take a small banana flower or outer 4-5 cover of banana cover. Otherwise cleaning will become a little headache.
