Ingredients

- In a blender add thin poha and grind to a powder.
- In a kadai add water, salt and allow to boil.
- Add poha powder, besan flour and mix well on low flame.
- Once it combines well and no lumps turn off the flame.
- Close the lid and rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
- When it is a little warm add rice flour and mix well.
- If needed, add oil and combine together and form soft dough.
- Take a small pinch of dough and give it a shape like kurkure by rolling it in hand.
- Similarly give shapes to all dough.
- In a pan add oil and heat it for frying.
- Leave one by one to hot oil and fry until it turns crispy
- Take out from oil and transfer to an absorbing paper to remove excess oil.
- Transfer fried kurkure to a large mixing bowl.
- In a small bowl add dry amchur powder. Red chili powder, salt and mix well.
- Add masala to the fried kurkure and mix well.
- Store in an airtight container and it will be good for up to 3-4 days.
