Veg canapes is an easy recipe. It is one of the chat-pat snacks. This snack is attractive, colorful and loaded with veggies. Veg canapes is given as a starter or as a snack. The veg canapes has a delicious taste. This is not a junk food so everyone love these kinds of snacks because my son always wants me to have a quick snack when he returns from playing or other times. He wants something interesting and attractive to eat.

 

Vegetable canapes is the best option for that because it is healthy, attractive and tasteful. Mom will get appreciation from kids. Kids’ tummy full and moms heart full by eating healthy food instead of junk foods. The kids will enjoy the veg canapes and add their wish vegetables.

I fried the small papad in oil, instead of this you can bake in the oven or use an air fryer.  So you can add this snack into a healthier snack. If you are on a diet, easily make and fulfill your cravings. I added onion, cucumber, tomato, corn along with this you can add paneer, carrots, capsicum or other veggies and some creams too. Make sure the vegetables are finely chopped while mixing the veggies. Big chunks of veggies are not suitable for canapes recipes. Instead of canapes you can use chatpat biscuits or crackers or chips, which do not have sweets.

This recipe will be liked by everyone. If the guests suddenly arrive, this canapes snack will definitely help. For party time also you can serve this veg canapes as a starter. Serve as early as possible when you assemble everything, otherwise the canapes will get soft.

  • Take a bowl and add chopped onion, tomato, boiled corn, cucumber, chat masala and salt mix well.
  • In a small pan heat the oil and fry the small canapes or papad.
  • Take a plate, place the canapes and top the mixed veggies.
  • Garnish with sev and enjoy.
