  • Take a saucepan, add water and keep boiling.
  • In a mixing bowl add rice flour, salt and oil. Mix well.
  • Pour some hot water and combine well and form like a dough. Close it and keep for 5 minutes to cool down. Then, form it together and knead it.
  • Take a plate grease with oil. For hand also grease with oil. Take a small amount of dough and roll like a ball.
  • Preheat the steamer for about 5-6 minutes. Place the place inside and steam for 10-15 minutes.
  • Take a pan and prepare it tempering with oil, urad dal, red chilly, mustard, curry leaves. Add rice dumplings to it and mix well.
  • Finally add grated coconut and mix well for a minute.
  • Traditional and healthy ammini kolukattai or rice dumplings are ready.
