- Take a kadai heat oil, add urad dal, cumin, red chili, mustard seeds and fry for 2 minutes.
- Add ginger garlic paste, green chilli and saute well.
- Add chopped onion and fry until it turns to golden colour.
- Add chopped tomato and saute well until it starts to mushy.
- Add peeled and chopped potatoes and stir well for 3 minutes.
- Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, sabzi masala, salt and mix well.
- Add a little amount of water and close the lid.
- Cook until potatoes are soft.
- Open the lid and chopped and cleaned spring onion.
- Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
- Tasty and easy aloo spring onion sabzi is ready.
- Serve with hot rice, chapathi, roti.
