My dear, today I came up with how to prepare handmade noodles. It is very easy and healthy. Now a days noodles are very famous and kids love them. Preparing handmade noodles is not a difficult task. It is one of the easiest methods and easy to prepare.


When I was pregnant, at midnight I started craving for noodles. No shops are open at midnight so I found this recipe on the internet and followed the procedure and the outcome was good. After that I am not buying a noodle packet from outside. Now a days I am making noodles like this and adding any type of masala from my wish list. I do not notice much difference between stores bought noodles and handmade noodles.

Main highlight of this recipe is instead of all-purpose flour I added from wheat flour. So this is best for health too. Wheat flour is the best for this. I have not added any flavors and eggs. This recipe not need much ingredients, all are available in kitchen. The handmade noodles are just needed three ingredients that is wheat flour, salt and oil. The noodles are not fried it is boiled in water.

The handmade noodles do not need much time to prepare. Just prepare the dough, boil in water to cook. Simple way to prepare noodles. The handmade noodles are used in soups, stir fries and other recipes too. The handmade wheat noodles are packed with nutrition like carbs, fiber, protein and iron content to our body.

  • In a mixing bowl add Wheat flour, salt and oil. Mix well all the dry Ingredients.
  • Add water gradually and knead the dough a little hard.
  • In a pan add water, salt and oil and mix well and allow to boil.
  • Take a snack presser, place the dough and press to boiling water. Lightly mix otherwise it will break.
  • Boil it for 10 to 15 minutes or until perfectly cooked. Handmade Noodles are Ready


  • The dough should be a little harder than normal chapathi dough.
  • While pressing the hot water, be careful about your hands.
