Aloe Vera juice is very healthy and easy to make. Yes you heard correct today I came up with homemade aloe vera juice in a simple way. The aloevera juice is very unique and healthy. It is easy to prepare and does not require much time. You can try it any day in summer. It is completely vegan.

 

When I heard about someone eating I thought how that gel can be part of makeovers. Until I tried this recipe aloevera I used only for face and hair.  Trust me aloevera juice is very tasty and must try. Aloevera juice doesn’t need more ingredients. When you prepare at home it is hygienic and economical than outside.  Aloe Vera help can be used with any smoothies.

Aloe Vera juice needs simple ingredients like aloe vera gel, sweet and ginger and some ice cubes. While selecting the aloe vera stem you need to be careful. You should not select well ripen and yellow colour stem. Because it may become little bitter juice. Green part of the stem also doesn’t count as juice. Only aloevera gel is needed to juice. Remove the edges, green part of top and bottom and collect only gel. In a mixer jar add aloevera gel, ginger, sugar, and some cubes or water make squash of aloe vera.

Once you have prepared aloe vera squash, dilute with water. Squash is too strong for drinking. If needed you can sieve the squash otherwise directly use it. Adjust the ginger, sugar to your taste.

You can add any citrus flavor you need immediately. Aloe Vera juice is decorated with mint leaves, it is a complete option. But adding mint leaves enhances the taste of aloevera juice.

Aloe Vera is good for your health. It will help to hydrate our body. It will detoxify our body so liver function also becomes food when you consume aloe vera. Aloe Vera juice contains water so it will help to reduce the constipation. Aloe Vera contains minerals, vitamin B, C, E, calcium and sodium. It will help to increase our beauty of skin in various types.

  • Take the aloe vera, wash it, cut the corner and remove gel.
  • In a mixer jar add aloe vera gel, ginger, pinch of salt and ice cubes and grind well.
  • Take a glass and add half of prepared aloe vera squash.
  • Add enough water and ice cubes for chilling.
  • Decorate with mint leaves and your refreshing drink is ready.

Notes

  • Too much consumption of aloe vera juice is not good for health.
  • You can use honey instead of sugar.
  • If you add lemon extract, it needs to serve immediately. Because juice becomes bitter after some time.
  • Don't add well ripened or yellow part aloevera to make the juice.
