When the menstrual cycle started, I knew only to use clothes. As I was in 8th standard I didn’t know much regarding the menstrual cycle. My mom, aunty, granny told me this will happen to every girl, don’t be tensed, then gave some advice. After 2 months I learned about sanitary pads. I was living in a rural area so the availability of any kind of pads was very low. Later when my dad went to the nearby town he used to bring 2 to 3 packs of sanitary pads. When I entered the college level of education, I myself started to purchase it.

At that time I felt sanitary pads are too good that helps girls/ladies to survive, also to go out from the home. I have used many brands of sanitary pads till I got pregnant. After pregnancy, I switched to a menstrual cup. Now I feel that was a good decision, which is so good and completely tension-free. I have been using the cup for the past 2 Years.
