My Dear Readers, today I am excited to share about cloth diaper which are completely for babies, infants, and toddlers. Parents must know about these products. Because it is usage friendly, economical, eco friendly. Babies will love the cloth diaper. When I started to use it for my baby I started loving the product so I am sharing my knowledge, feedback and opinion towards the usage.
In the market there are different types of diapers available. Not only cloth diapers, also different brands of disposable diapers.
Why do I look into other diapers rather than disposal?
When I was in the last month of pregnancy, I was searching for knowledge about diapers. Because I want to save my child from rashes, irritation. And I am more into eco friendly products in various categories. So I searched and tried this cloth diaper on my child.
How did I choose a cloth diaper ?
When I searched for a cloth diaper I saw many brands and various categories in it. I am very new to this product. In my relations, friends circle no one used before. So firstly I took only one set of cloth diapers, but now I have 2 more sets. Uno covers almost 8 hours so I took that one first. Because I am using my child for nights only. Day I am not using any diapers, just used nappies.
Baby comfortness towards cloth diaper ?
Some people think a cloth diaper is not giving comfortness to a child. But cloth diapers are very much more comfortable than disposable diapers. If you are a little late to exchange the diaper no issues in it. But disposal must throw within time otherwise babies will get rashes.
What do people think about cloth diaper ?
Many people are new to this cloth diaper. Many of them are not having so much knowledge towards the product. Sometimes people are interested but when they look into price they feel it is costly. Actually it is a very reasonable and affordable price to everyone. Washing diapers is also easy.
How many types of cloth diaper ?
Like disposable cloth diapers also have many types and sizes for age, weight of babies. Super bottoms have Cover diaper and Uno. Inside they are using protection like pads.
How is the cloth diaper made?
Cloth diaper made from very soft cotton.
How to use a cloth diaper?
- Take the cover diaper, put soaker and booster, liners (or you can put any one) inside.
- Lay down the baby and put it on the child.
- After putting the cloth diaper, check all the sides with one finger. As it should not be tight.
How to store cloth diapers before washing?
- After removing from a baby, remove poop by little rinse .
- Store the rinsed diaper in a bag and others in another bag.
- If you are travelling, you can wash alternative days.
- You have to store in airtight bags while travelling. Whenever you get time or chance you can wash it.
How to wash cloth diapers?
By Manually
- Remove the cloth diaper from the child.
- Take out all the poop by water spray or high speed water spray.
- Soak the cloth diaper for a few minutes. You can soak with hot water or cool water.
- While soaking, add little of any washing liquids. Don’t use any detergent powder. Although you are using detergent first you have to mix well in water without any lumps of detergent powder.
- Wash the diapers like regular garments.
- After washing you can spin the diapers in the machine if you want.
- You can directly put in sundry or you can dry it inside the home.
By machine
- Remove the cloth diaper from child.
- Take out all the poop by water spray or high force water.
- Soak the cloth diaper with washing liquids for a few minutes. You can soak with hot water or cool water. While soaking, Don’t use any detergent.
- Later you can put it in the machine and wash it like regular garments.
- You can directly put in sundry or you can dry it inside the home.
Note:
- Any type of wash doesn’t harm diapers.
- Soak only 15 to 30 minutes. Don’t disk over time.
- Don’t use any detergents.
How to store cloth diapers after washing?
Once diapers are dried keep in wardrobes. Or with other babies’ dresses.

- After washing cloth diapers will take time to dry.

- Soaker: It is also called a pad or inserter. In one set we get 2 soakers. One is large, the other one small. One is attaching to cover and another is attaching to a big soaker.
