- In a mixer jar chickpea and grind to a coarse powder. Keep aside.
- In a mixing bowl add chopped onion, coriander leaves, curry leaves, red chili powder, garam masala and mix well.
- Add ground chickpea and mix well.
- Add a little amount of water and combine together.
- Prepare small balls, press them and make flat by hand.
- In a kadai, heat some oil, leave one by one vade to hot oil.
- Turn it often and fry on medium flame.
- Once it becomes crispy, take out from the hot oil.
- Tasty and crispy Bengal gram vada is ready.
- Serve with hot chai or coffee.
