
Chat is everyone’s hot favorite. Every evening we crave for chat. Today I’m sharing a very healthy chat. It is one of the ideal chat for evenings. Peanut chat is a simple and instant snack. This recipe is completely oil free so easily we can add in our diet list or our healthy lifestyle. This recipe can be called chat or salad.
This chat is prepared with boiled peanuts and some of a few ingredients. Anything is added to the recipe for spicy or sweetness. It is served to almost all the generations and liked by everyone. In addition you can add grated carrot and beetroot, chopped capsicum and corn too. I have not added any vegetables because I love simple peanut chat.
Peanuts are boiled by pressure or in a vessel. Both types of cooking can be used, but we need to Cook the peanuts until they soften. For flavors we can add any kind of masala. For preparing this chat no need any processed food, chutneys and no frying the ingredients. You can add nuts to this chat.
Along with this chat we can serve tea, coffee or juice. Any combination will suit with peanut chat. Peanut chat is a great option for weight loss and keeping your stomach full for a longer period.
The taste of peanut chat is spicy and tangy. It is a completely vegan recipe. For making this recipe we will get ingredients in our daily kitchen, not needing much ingredients and special items. Peanut chat does not need much preparation. That’s why I love this simple and delicious chat.

- Take a cooker, add peanuts, water and salt and make 3 whistles.
- After complete cool down check if the peanuts are cooked properly or not. Strain the peanuts to the bowl.
- Add pepper powder, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, onion, carrot, tomatoes, sweet corn, coriander leaves and lemon juice.
- Mix everything well. Healthy and colorful chat is ready to serve.
