Macroni Vegetable Soup

Hey lovely friends, today I want to share a hot and spicy soup. This is a must try recipe for your relishing mood and gut health.  This recipe is experimental with leftover ingredients in my fridge. Always leftover ingredients recipes are way to innovative and tasty recipes. Let’s see how this soup is done.

The macroni with vegetable soup is delicious in taste. It is an easy and simple recipe. Vegetables and macaroni are the best combination for any dish like macaroni salad, macaroni pasta. This soup is very colorful and healthy too. 

One day I was cleaning my fridge. At that time I got a few beans, sprouted horse gram. This does not have to be sufficient for a single recipe. In my ingredients stock macaroni is small. These 3 ingredients are added and made into a new recipe. 

In a kadai, add some garlic and onion for some flavor. Add some vegetables like you wish. I added beans, carrots and spinach from my garden. Along with vegetables  I added some sprouts for crunchiness, you can add any other sprouts. Sprouts, vegetables and macaroni are very good and beautifully combined with this soup.

I have added cooked macaroni for filling, this is adjusted with soup so well. For spiciness I added pepper powder. Along with these ingredients you can add chat masala or any powders for flavor. 

After Boiling serve in a cup when it is hot. Soup is always best and tasty when it is hot. This soup includes everything so this soup can be added to the diet chart or list. And this fills our cute tummy for a longer time.

  • In a kadai add oil, jeera, garlic, onion saute until it turns to golden color.
  • Add chopped beans, carrot, sprouted horse gram, and saute for 3 minutes.
  • Add chopped Spinach, pepper powder, salt to taste and mix gently for a minute.
  • Add water and bring to a boil.
  • Add cooked macaroni and again boil for 2 minutes.
  • Take a serving cup, add prepared soup and enjoy when it is hot.
