- In a kadai or pan add ghee and heat for a minute.
- Add besan flour or chickpea flour and roast for 2 minutes.
- Stir continuously for 15-20 minutes on low flame.

- Turn off the flame and add chopped cashew nuts or any chopped dry fruits, cardamom powder.
- Allow to cool down for 10 minutes.
- Then add jaggery powder and combine well.
- Take a pinch of besan mixture in your hand and roll them into balls.
- If needed, garnish with chopped dry fruits of your choice.
- Allow the laddoos to cool completely before storing them in an airtight container. T
