  • Take ripe tomatoes and cut them into X marks.
  • In a vessel add water and keep them to boil, add marked tomatoes and cook for about 5-7 minutes.
  • Remove from the water and allow to cool down.
  • Once everything cools completely remove the skin.
  • In a mixer jar add half of cooked tomatoes and grind it to a paste.
  • Remaining cooked tomatoes cut into small pieces.
  • Heat some oil in a pan, add finely chopped garlic and fry until it turns to gold color.
  • Add finely chopped onion saute well.
  • Add chopped cooked tomatoes and saute well until it becomes mushy.
  • Add Ground paste of tomatoes and mix well. Close the lid and cook for 5 minutes on high flame.
  • Add sugar, red chili powder, oregano and salt, mix everything.
  • Cook until it becomes thick consistency.
  • Add butter and combine everything.
  • Your homemade pizza sauce is ready to make pizza!
