Banana peanut smoothie is a very healthy and refreshing recipe. I am always looking for healthy beverages in the mornings because it helps to motivate, stay fit, and have a good day. Smoothies will help to fill a long time so help to reduce the fat. We can add many healthy ingredients in the smoothies.

This beverage can be called a smoothie or juice. If we are prepared with little water consistency then drink like a juice, done with thick consistency and use a spoon for eating a smoothie. It is very simple and easy to prepare. Smoothies do not require much time to prepare. Banana peanut smoothie is a little thick, creamy and includes natural sweetener. It is packed with nutrients and builds strong bones and energy.

I added almonds, pumpkin and sesame seeds, peanuts and cashews. In addition you can add any other nuts you prefer. If you are allergic to peanuts then you can leave it. For preparing a smoothie, you can add any variety of banana. Instead of bananas you can vary the fruit also. The different fruits are giving different tastes. If the freezing bananas are used for smoothies it helps to make a creamy smoothie.

Here, I made the smoothie with normal milk. If you are looking for a vegan smoothie then add coconut milk or almond milk instead of cow’s milk. For sweetener i added dates, it will give lots of energy to our body. Otherwise you can add jaggery or sugar or honey. Every sweet is your choice. Flax seeds I have roasted and added directly, you can add while blending the smoothie.

  • Take a small bowl or a cup add almond, peanut, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, dates and soak overnight or 4 hours.
  • In a blender add soaked nuts, banana and milk and blend it to a smooth.
  • Take a serving glass, pour the drink and garnish with roasted flax seeds. Enjoy the banana peanut smoothie.
