- In a bowl add dosa rice, peanut, poha and wash a couple of times.
- Soak for about 4-5 hours.
- Take a mixer jar, add drained and soaked rice and peanuts, the required amount of water and grind to a smooth paste.
- Transfer ground batter to the large bowl and keep overnight or leave to ferment for about 7-8 hours.
- Add salt and mix well and check out the consistency of dosa batter.
- If required add water and adjust the thickness of batter.
- Heat the cast iron tawa, grease some oil.
- Pour the batter into the middle of the tawa and spread evenly.
- Cook both sides and if needed add ghee or oil for dosa.
- Once it's cooked takeout from the tawa.
- Spongy and tasty peanut dosa is ready.
