  • In a mixing bowl add cleaned and chopped dill leaves.
  • Add chopped onion, coriander leaves, curry leaves, garlic, ginger coriander powder, green chili, cumin, ajwain, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt and Squeeze well.
  • Add besan flour and rice flour and mix well.
  • Add water gradually and combine well like a soft dough.
  • In a pan, heat some oil and leave one by one bonda.
  • Flip often and fry until it turns to golden brown color.
  • Take out the bonda from hot oil and ready to serve.
  • Crispy bonda is served when it is hot with some chai or coffee.
