Jaggery Mint juice is one of the healthy refreshing summer drinks. To beat the summer we are always looking for chilled or iced beverages. It is perfect for summer or any time. All people drink this juice happily because it is made with jaggery.
Many people are saying this juice is similar to sugarcane juice. But i am not believe sugarcane juice is made without natural sugarcane. This is a completely different juice. I want to share one thing: this is a different and tasty sharabath. This juice tastes and looks similar to sugarcane juice so most of the people are giving wrong information and thought about this juice.
This drink doesn’t need many ingredients. When guests suddenly arrive at home, they want juice at that time, lemon is not there. So this juice is survival. Mint leaves commonly are there at every home. For making this juice recipe we don’t need any artificial flavor or essence.
Making this tasty juice needed a few mint leaves and lots of ice cubes. For sweetness I added jaggery, instead of this you can add sugar too. Salt just for taste doesn’t add too much. For other flavors you can add lime juice, ginger too.
Fresh mint leaves give good color and flavor to the juice. Jaggery is the main ingredient for this juice because it gives color and taste like sugarcane after blending.
If you make more juice, then the remaining will be refrigerated. Or pour in popsicle mold and enjoy popsicles the next day.

- Take a juicer, add ice cubes, grated jaggery, mint leaves, salt and blend it.
- In a serving glass add ice cubes and pour blended juice.
- Have it and enjoy when it is chilled.
