  • First take ixora flowers clean, wash it.
  • Take one vessel, add ixora flowers and put little water and boil for few minutes.
  • In one mixer jar add grated coconut, green chilly, jeera, salt, cooked ixora flowers and grind it like a paste.
  • Take one vessel put grinded paste, add curd or buttermilk, little water and salt for taste.
  • In a small pan add oil, garlic, mustard, curry leaves for tampering.
  • Add tampering to thambuli, then it is getting ready to serve. You can drink or serve with rice.
