Ingredients
  • 1 cup IXORA Flower / Kiskara / Kepala Flower
  • cup Grated Coconut
  • 1 tbsp Jeera / Cumin
  • 1 qt Green Chilly
  • 1 cup Buttermilk or Curd
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 7 qt Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Mustard Seeds
  • 7 qt Curry Leaves
  • 1 tbsp Salt (Adjust as per taste)
Instructions
  1. First take ixora flowers clean, wash it.
  2. Take one vessel, add ixora flowers and put little water and boil for few minutes.
  3. In one mixer jar add grated coconut, green chilly, jeera, salt, cooked ixora flowers and grind it like a paste.
  4. Take one vessel put grinded paste, add curd or buttermilk, little water and salt for taste.
  5. In a small pan add oil, garlic, mustard, curry leaves for tampering.
  6. Add tampering to thambuli, then it is getting ready to serve. You can drink or serve with rice.
