  • In a small bowl add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, aamchuru powder, salt, sugar, pepper powder. Mix well and keep aside.
  • In a kadai add some oil and heat it.
  • Add ground nuts and fry until it turns to golden colour.
  • Add chopped dry coconut and fry until it turns to golden colour.
  • Add chopped cashew nuts and fry until it turns to golden colour.
  • Add chopped almonds and fry until it turns to golden colour.
  • Add grapes and fry until it turns to golden colour.
  • Add curry leaves and fry until it turns golden.
  • Add corn flakes and until it is crispy.
  • In a plate add fried peanuts, coconut, cashew nuts, almonds, games and curry leaves.
  • Add garam masala and mix it by crushing curry leaves.
  • For fried cornflakes and garam masala and mix it.
  • In a large mixing bowl add fried corn flakes and frother fried ingredients
  • Gently mix it otherwise cornflakes will break.
  • Tasty and crispy cornflakes mixture is ready.
  • Enjoy with your hot tea or coffee with crispy cornflake mixture.
