The Ladies finger has many names. In that Okra, Bhindi names are famous. Bhindi masala dry is one of my favorite recipes and dishes of mine. Because it is easy to prepare and a great combination for rice and chapathi. We can prepare it for breakfast, later we can use it for lunch.
The Bhindi masala is very easy to prepare and time saver than other sabzi. This masala dry recipe features okra pods with Onion, tomatoes and some spices. While preparing the sabzi or masala dry from the Bhindi we have to fry it with oil for a few minutes. Otherwise it will become sticky, so we have to fry the bhindi pieces on medium flame. When the okra gets golden colour, take out and set aside.
Onion and tomatoes go well with masala dry. Adding a number of spices gives a good aroma to the masala. If you want restaurant style bhindi masala dry then add kasuri methi. Kasuri methi is nothing but dried fenugreek leaves. It is completely optional, but the taste is really like heaven.
The dry Bhindi masala is tasty and delicious. One of my uncles is making tasty bhindi masala. After tasting his masala I became a fan of bhindi masala. When we grow okra pods, we must do this recipe. This is one of the main recipes in the wish list and a compulsory dish also. Everyone in my family likes this recipe with chapathi and rice. The joyful moment was when I tried this recipe recently.
