Yields: 1 Serving Difficulty: Easy Prep Time: 2 Mins Cook Time: 10 Mins Total Time: 12 Mins

Chocolate ganache is a very easy and quickly we can do at home. The chocolate garnish is loved by everyone. We can use for cakes, cupcakes, pastries and donuts so on.

I bake the cakes occasionally so i don’t want to bring creams and ganache from market. So i tried this beautiful recipe from homemade cocoa powder and milk. Powdered sugar added for a better sweetness. Powdered sugar is not a rocket science it is just a dry grinded normal sugar. Corn flour added for thickness otherwise you have to cook more minutes. Butter gives good texture and shining to ganache.

The chocolate ganache is used for dipping for Churros, topping for any baking related recipes, filling for layerd cakes, icing, glaze and so on. While using for recipes it must be cool. You can leave in room temperature or you can chill in refrigerator.

While preparing ganache you can also add dark chocolate or white chocolate instead of cocoa powder. But chocolates may contain high sugar content. Some chocolates also add dairy and flavourings which may not suit for ganache. Homemade Cocoa powder is unsweetened.

Try this wonderful recipe in your home and comment me how it turns. Thank you for this recipe blog. Keep in touch for next interesting recipe.
