- Take a kadai melts butter and saute garlic and onion saute well for 5 minutes.
- Add chopped potato and fry for 2 minutes.
- Add chopped broccoli, salt and water, mix well.
- Close the lid and cook for 5 minutes.
- Once it is cooked properly, allow it to cool down.
- Transfer cooked broccoli to a mixer jar and grind to a smooth paste.
- In a vessel add ground paste.
- Add water and check the consistency of soup.
- Add pepper powder and mix well.
- Once it is cooked the soup is ready.
- Serve when it is hot and Enjoy healthy soup.
