- In a pan add groundnut/ peanut and roast for 5 minutes on medium flame.
- Add almonds and roast for 5 minutes on medium flame.
- Add cardamom pods and roast for 2 minutes.
- Transfer roasted ingredients to a plate and let them cool down.
- Add ghee and ragi flour and roast for about 4-5 minutes on low flame. Keep aside.
- Transfer roasted nuts to a mixer jar and grind to a coarse or powder texture.
- Add jaggery and again grind it to a powder texture.
- In a mixing bowl add roasted ragi flour, ground nuts powder and mix well.
- Add hot ghee and mix well.
- Grease some ghee to your hand and make small balls.
- Healthy and protein rich badam/almond and peanut laddu is ready.
