  • In a vessel add some water, salt and sweet corn and cook until corn softens.
  • Then remove the corn and let it cool down.
  • Take a sharp knife and cut the boiled sweet corn into a round shape.
  • In a pan, melt the butter, crushed garlic and saute well.
  • Place the cooked sweet corn and close the lid 2 to 3 minutes on both sides.
  • On the top of the corn disc place some grated cheese, sprinkle some oregano, black pepper powder, amchur powder, salt and coriander leaves. Close the lid and leave for 2 minutes.
  • Take out the prepared corn disc to the serving plate and foursome lemon juice and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  • Enjoy the cheese corn disc.
