Guava Leaves Thambuli

Ingredients
  • cup Grated Coconut
  • tbsp Jeera / Cumin
  • 1 qt Green CHilly
  • 2 cup Guava Leaves
  • cup Butter Milk / Curd
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 4 qt Garli
  • qt Red Chilly
  • tbsp Mustard Seeds
  • tbsp Salt (Adjust as per taste)
  • 8 qt Curry Leaves
Instructions
  1. First, take guava leaves clean and wash it.
  2. Take one vessel, add guava leaves, and put little water and boil for a few minutes.
  3. n one mixer jar add grated coconut, green chilly, jeera, cooked guava leaves, and grind it like a paste.
  4. Take one vessel put ground paste, add curd or buttermilk, little water, and salt for taste.
  5. In a small pan add oil, garlic, mustard, curry leaves for tampering
  6. Add tampering to guava leaves thambuli, then it is getting ready to serve.
  7. Healthy and yummy guava leaves thambuli is ready. You can drink a smoothie or serve with rice.
