- In a bowl add dosa rice, wash well and soak for about 4 hours.
- Take jackfruit pods, discard the peel, seeds and outer layer.
- Chop the jackfruit into pieces.
- In a mixer jar add chopped raw jackfruit and grind it to a paste.
- Add soaked rice, salt and a little amount of water and grind to a paste texture.
- Transfer a ground paste of jackfruit and rice and mix well.
- In a cast iron tawa grease some oil add pour the batter and spread evenly.
- Close the lid 2 minutes and open the lid
- Pour some oil or ghee and cook until it is crispy.
- Tasty raw jackfruit is ready.
- Serve with chutney or honey.
