- Take a mixer jar, add puffed paddy and cardamom and ground it with coarse powder. Keep aside.
- Take a small pan, add ground nuts and dry roast for a few minutes. Allow to cool down.
- Add black sesame and dry roast for a few minutes.
- Take out the cooled ground nuts, remove the skin and crush it.
- Take a vessel, add jaggery and little amount of water. Boil it and let it melt.
- In a pan heat ghee and add cashew nuts and roast until it turns to golden color.
- Add filter the jaggery water and boil it for 5 minutes on high flame. And prepare the jaggery syrup.
- Add ground puffed paddy, crushed ground nuts, black sesame and mix well.
- Add roasted cashew nuts and combine well.
- Grease some ghee to hand and press it and prepare it like a ball shape.
- Enjoy once it cools down completely.
