You can make powder or directly add to the laddu. Adding ground nuts is completely your choice.

  • Take a mixer jar, add puffed paddy and cardamom and ground it with coarse powder. Keep aside.
  • Take a small pan, add ground nuts and dry roast for a few minutes. Allow to cool down.
  • Add black sesame and dry roast for a few minutes.
  • Take out the cooled ground nuts, remove the skin and crush it.
  • Take a vessel, add jaggery and little amount of water. Boil it and let it melt.
  • In a pan heat ghee and add cashew nuts and roast until it turns to golden color.
  • Add filter the jaggery water and boil it for 5 minutes on high flame. And prepare the jaggery syrup.
  • Add ground puffed paddy, crushed ground nuts, black sesame and mix well.
  • Add roasted cashew nuts and combine well.
  • Grease some ghee to hand and press it and prepare it like a ball shape.
  • Enjoy once it cools down completely.
