  • Take a mixer jar add grated coconut, roasted peanuts, roasted chana dal, green chili and tamarind paste required amount of water and grind to paste texture.
  • Check the consistency and if required amount of water and mix well.
  • In a tadka pan heat some oil, red chili, mustard seeds and curry leaves and pour the prepared tempering.
  • Serve with dosa, idli, appam.
