  • Take a kadai, add oil, urad dal, chana dal, red chilli, and saute well.
  • Add jeera, mustard, curry leaves and prepare a tempering.
  • Add ginger, garlic, bird eye chili, onion and saute well.
  • Add chopped carrot, potato, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • Close the lid and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Add chopped cabbage, red chili powder, coriander powder and garam masala. Mix well and close the lid for 3 more minutes.
  • Add cooked rice and mix well.
  • Add coriander leaves and lemon juice and mix thoroughly.
  • Serve when it is a little hot and Enjoy!
