Cabbage Paratha | Patta Gobi Ka Paratha
Paratha is always a healthy option for everyone. It is fully packed with nutrients and lots of energy. Cabbage paratha is the most delicious flatbread with stuffing of spices and cabbage. Cabbage paratha will be served for breakfast, lunch, snacks or dinner. Usually I love paratha’s because it is healthy and gives lots of benefits to our body.

In my home I am always trying different recipes. In that paratha is the most common recipe. This is the best breakfast for everyone. I am trying many recipes in paratha’s. Pickle or curd is enough for paratha and you don't need any dishes. Paratha’s are easily carried to lunch boxes.
Here I used white colour cabbage for paratha, you can try with other colour cabbage. It will change the colour of paratha. Cabbage or gobhi ka patta should be chopped finely, otherwise stuffing becomes difficult. Any masala can be added with the cabbage. All the varieties of spice powder go easily with the cabbage.
For the paratha wheat flour dough is a must. First you need to roll some dough, later keep sufficient cabbage stuffing and wrap it carefully. Wrapping is also important because when we roll paratha stuff will come out. After wrapping, roll gently to a round shape. While cooking the paratha, use the ghee for good aroma and flavour instead of oil. If you are health conscious add little ghee and enjoy paratha with a bowl of curd.
